It's safe to say we never thought we'd be doing this. After spending each of our careers in two different fields (tech for Jason and psychology for Ryan) we decided to work together and jump into a field we knew nothing about: Home Renovations.
After learning and working with some of the best designers, contractors, and more we're happy to say we're out on our own renovating and designing the best single family homes in the East Bay.

After spending over a decade in tech and investing, Jason brings his expertise to the April May Homes team. His areas of responsibility are investments, construction, and project management.
Partner + Principal Designer
Ryan got her start in design by having the right eye. After spending her career in the psychology field, Ryan pivoted and has done a phenomenal job heading up all design and creative work for April May Homes. Seeing her creative work on renovations, some of the top real estate agents in the area are now partnering with Ryan to renovate and design spaces to wow potential buyers.
