When we first saw toured the Montair home we instantly saw the potential the property had. The house was dated inside and out, needed additional space in the kitchen, and needed major landscape work on the 1.5 acre flat lot. The tudor style on the exterior of the house had to go, but with the picturesque setting of Mt. Diablo in the background we wanted to make sure the lot shined as much as the exterior design.
